In preparation for listing your color cosmetics with the FDA, it is important to double-check your colorants. If you are using Red 6 in eye area products or Ferric Ammonium Ferrocyanide in lip products, you are non-compliant in the US.

When listing your products with the FDA, you will be notifying the FDA of your non-compliance. While we do not yet know if the FDA will be using the portal as a way to enforce non-compliant products, you will make it easier for the FDA to send you a warning letter.
